I think you need to get that ALERT ROOM back and leave those posts throughout the week to be reviewed, day by day.

People can post their alerts, buys and sells and a few words about what they are alerting, buying or selling and why.

That helps a lot when someone doesn't have much time to be in the chat. They just log in, take a look at the alert room and move on back to their jobs or whatever.
