Transmeridian Exploration Inc. (TMY) said Friday that its first-quarter net loss narrowed to $10.9 million, or 15 cents a share, from $15.5 million, or 17 cents a share, in the year-ago period.

In its quarterly report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the energy company said revenue for the first quarter amounted to $15.3 million, compared with $7.1 million in the corresponding year-ago period.

Revenues FY 07, 35mil.
There was a buyout in the works by the CEO Oliver and the Oliver Family Trust, etc, for $3.00/share. That deal has apparently not to be(BD didn't like financing or something, over 4/1/078), however, the price is rather telling. ya think? *3 bucks is pretty close to a 38% retracement of the 5 waves down.*

Don't know if there are any talking heads following this for earnings expectations.
