I believe in charts because they are based on numbers. Mathematics is the ONLY pure science, everything else is subjective.

On the positive side, I do like the fact that although the stock price has declined the Accum/Dist stayed positive (except for the blip last month). The RSI is a way "oversold" so there may be an uptick coming. The BB's are getting very tight now so there will be a movement soon....up or down??? I am not sure. I like the share price to be above the 20dayMA when the BB's tighten...we are headed that way but not there yet.

The P&F chart shows there is a LONG way to go before you can say there will be a turnaround.



I would wait a while ....especially I would watch the results from the next BB tightening. There is not much to suggest a long term turn around...short term uptick? Maybe so.
